About Thought Process:

Thought Process Enterprises (TPE) is a graphic design, web design, web hosting, and promotional business that was recently established in November 2006 by current president, Eric Venezie.  TPE currently sits as a subsidiary within the Eric Ryan Corporation (ERC), for which Mr. Venezie also works for as Vice President of Business Development.  Most of Thought Process' work is completed in the ERC corporate headquarter offices in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania.

Thought Process Enterprises was first established as a business name for an entrepreneurship opportunity Mr. Venezie sought after in the fall of 2006.  Mr. Venezie, while finishing his degree at Slippery Rock University, had designed a creative logo and fictitious name for use in a graphic design class.  He later found business designing and selling creative t-shirts and other promotional products.  The name of the product line, Tommy TwoStep, was the first business of Though Process Enterprises. Mr. Venezie had founded tommytwostep.com and continues to update the site regularly as a personal website as well as having Tommy TwoStep t-shirts for sale on-line.

Recently in 2007, Thought Process Enterprises began negotiations with ellwoodcity.org and ellwoodwebs.com about partnership and ownership of intellectual properties.  In April 2007, Thought Process purchases the rights to both websites.  TPE is continuing to populate and update EllwoodCity.org with community news, pictures and advertising opportunities.  TPE has pushed EllwoodCity.org in becoming one of the city's top community resources for all things Ellwood City.

Ellwood Webs assumed the new identity as Thought Process Enterprises and TPE began negotiating with past and current Ellwood Webs internet customers in satisfying customer web needs.  Housing former Ellwood Webs customers, TPE has assumed responsibilities in providing customer care and web design expertise to customers who choose to pave their business' path with a website.

Eric M. Venezie
President

Educated at the world famous Slippery Rock University in Western Pennsylvania, Eric compiled an unheralded 3.5 GPA and graduated with a Communications Degree with a focus on Multimedia and Emerging Technology.   Eric also holds a minor in Philosophy.  While balancing two degrees, tedious schoolwork, and a what he hoped was a social life, Eric took time to complete many out of class media assignments and compiled a strong portfolio of work from his days at Slippery Rock University. Eric graduated in the Fall 2005.

Now a days, when not thoughtfully in process at work, Eric can be found hanging out with his kick-ass nephew and family, playing any type of round ball, and attempting to make the best of his musical talents.  Give him a holler if you want to talk sports, but don't rag on the Pittsburgh Pirates, Eric only remembers 10 of their 15 consecutive losing seasons.  Plus, there is always next year.

Christopher M. McNamara
Web Analyst

Educated at the high class Riverside High, Chris followed up on his education by attending Pittsburgh Technical Institute. Two Long years after breaking through the doors at Pittsburgh Technical Institute, Chris made his scholar escape in the Summer of 2007 with an Associated Degree in Multi-Media Technologies, and a final transcript with a 3.66 grade point average.

Now days when Chris isn’t playing goofy web designer, he is kicking back it at his place with his fiancée, hitting some balls with the boys on the golf course, or pushing All In on Saturday nights and taking down some monster pots at the poker table. So if you can't find Chris doing any of the above, it is probably football or hockey season and he is glued to the tube screaming at the players like they can hear him.

Audrey L. Smith
Senior Web Analyst

With an upper Rockland County childhood under her belt, and a high school degree from Suffern High School in Suffern, New York, Audrey moved out of New York State, gaining a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Slippery Rock University, and spent 18 years in the human service field working first as a case manager for local mental health centers, then as a Contract Monitor/Program Specialist for the Allegheny County Office of Mental Health/Mental Retardation.

After spending time with her human side, Audrey gained an interest in a computer side and began studying the web and graphic design trade.  The trade helped Audrey own her own small web design company and she now processes that trade for TPE.  Currently, when not Thinking Productively & Exclusively for clients, Audrey mothers her 11-year old daughter, cares for her two dogs and two cats, enjoys piano playing, singing,  and working  in the yard.

Cory J. Morton
Field Photographer

After a 2005 graduation from the highly touted Lincoln High School, Cory took the Art Institute of Pittsburgh by storm.  His creative eye for photography has landed him many free lance gigs to balance with his current school work.  Cory is currently studying, although not in the picture to the left, towards a Bachelors of Science Degree in Photography.

When not causing a ruckus at work or at school, Cory is causing a ruckus on the fret board of one of his many guitars.  Cory had famously stated he enjoys long walks on the beach, but many of his fellow staff members at TPE believe he simply enjoys avoiding haircuts.

Brian Stiles
Field Representative

Sales was in Brian’s heart predating his high school days, back to when he slang lemonade at his homemade stand as a child in a local Ellwood neighborhood. His sales mentality followed him through Lincoln High School in Ellwood City where he often negotiated with teachers, often towards granting him a high grade… more times than not, failing to do so. Not be deterred, after 2004 graduation Brian began working vigorously at a local golf course and doing other outside sales. Brian’s sales philosophy is that you should be able to sell flowers to a blind person.

Since joining TPE, Brian has relegated his golf course exposure to simple rounds of golf throughout the summer. Since most golf balls are white, Brian has found out winter months do not hold good playing environments, therefore he chooses to chase the white tail of area Bambi’s during winter, or what most other people would call hunting.
